Ingredients
1 cup Chocolate Ripple biscuits crushed into crumb
1/3 cup melted butter
2 x 250gm Cream Cheese
1/2 cup castor sugar
200g Toblerone chocolate, melted
1/2 cup thickened cream
To Garnish
Extra Toblerone chocolate grated over the top of the finished cheesecake
Preparation
Step One
Grease a springform cheesecake pan
Step Two
Crush chocolate ripple biscuits into a crumb, add the melted butter and mix together. Press into the base of the springform pan. Chill in the fridge.
Step Three
Beat the cream cheese until smooth, add sugar, melted Toblerone and cream. Continue beating until well combined.
Step Four
Pour onto the prepared crumb base and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until set or overnight. Serve topped with teh Toblerone shavings.
